First of all, I can't believe I didn't think of this as soon as the premise was announced, Dr. Leslie Tompkins. She is important to Bruce's childhood.
Since the reopening of Arkham Asylum is gonna be a thing, we ought to see Jeremiah Arkham.
I want Barbara 1 to give have given birth to Barbara 2 by the end of Season 2. We know that marriage is destined to fail and I don't want it dragged out to much. I could care less however about the Son Gordon has.
Thomas Elliot and Roman Sionis have both been villains implied to be childhood friends or family friends of Bruce/The Waynes. Thing about Elliot is I don't like the comic character that much, but I love The Joker Blogs re-imagining of him. As unlikely as it may be, I'd love to see that version of the character as a teenager.
I'd like Selina to make friends with Holly Robinson soon, I was hoping the Blond Orphan in the second episode would be her, but that seems unlikely now.
I also feel like the overlooked really early pre Batman#1 Batman villians would be interesting choices. Hugo Strange is the most well known of those. Dr.Death might seem like the same thing as Strange to some, but I'd make Strange like a Moriarty or Cornelius Kramm figure, and Dr.Death a more typical mad Scientist.
But I personally would be most interested in seeing The Monk (ReImagined a few times since.). He'd be perfect for a Halloween episode, create a Vampire Panic in Gotham, but it turns out to be a naturally explained in the end..... or is it?
All of my posts on this Blog are meant to be Conversation Starters. I never want to be the final word on any topic. I'm trying to put ideas out there that hopefully others more knowledgeable and skilled then me can expand on.

Reactions to Gotham, Second Episode and more on the first
I'm hooked on Gotham now, the Second Episode has me sold on it.
The chemistry between Gordon and Bullock is falling into place pretty well. The Mayor is interesting.
What really sold this episode was Selina, she is proving to be a wonderful little Street Urchin.
I don't really have a lot specific to say on Episode 2 that I didn't already say in Tweets.
I want to say some more on the Pilot, mostly what I feel is the most unfair criticism, all the stuff I see in other reviews about "clobbering us over the head" with who they will be.
Oswald Cobblepot being insultingly called a "Penguin" because of his unattractive features, and being constantly bothered by that, is part of the Character and his issues. People who know the character beyond the Berdgess Meredith caricature should understand that. Instead I keep seeing "we don't need be told he looks like a penguin every scene".
As for Edward Nygma, if this wasn't a show that was an Adaptation of something I think that scene in the Pilot would've been recognized as a perfectly natural way to established the character as being eccentric with a need to express himself in an unusual way, and the hardass Cop is of course annoyed by it.
And I've even seen people complain that Selina had to have a scene with a Cat.
The Gimmicks these people are nicknamed after are part of the character and a part of setting they character up, they didn't just come out of nowhere.

Jared Welch @JaredMithrandir · 17m 17 minutes agoOf course what we really need to see Bruce do is sneak away while Gordon is talking.
I could not stop Geeking over the part about Bruce creeping up on people.#GothamOnFox

Gotham TV Show
As a life long Batfan I really want to be excited for a new Batman series. But I'm really worried about this one.
If they wanted to make a Batman show without Batman why not just Nightwing, or the Time Drake Robin, or another chance for Birds of Prey, or a live action Batman Beyond?
If they want to do a Gotham themed police Drama they could have just based it on Gotham Central, have batman exist already but be merely a shadow in The Background.
If they wanted to do a glorified Prequel why not just Year One characters? Instead of all these main supporting characters being around when Bruce is only 12. Seriously besides Poison Ivy he's younger then everyone he helps or fights in The Future.
We have a Penguin who's skinny, a Poison Ivy with a random name change. And Gordon is a Rookie next to every Cop he's supposed to outrank someday.
It's all just so random, they felt they couldn't sell a "Batman" show without putting numerous of the most iconic recognizable names in the Promo. Even though Arrow has been a hit using lower profile characters.
I'll watch it when it starts, but my hopes aren't currently all that high. And I'm someone who's usually pretty easy to please.
