After sitting on it awhile, I loved it, it was an intense Finale, total Homage to The Prisoner.
It did not seem like it was really Mona's face to me at first., it was to creepy and weird looking.
Mona counting down the seconds in her head when the Power is out reminds me of Code Geass season 2, when Lelouch confronts Rollo and he had been counting the seconds in his head that whole time.
Spencer as usual is totally Sherlock Holmes. She did the full on Mind Palace thing just like on Sherlock.
Spencer and Mona are like Tony Stark in a cave with scraps.
I loved seeing the Hastings finally put Tanner in her place.
It just so happens I'd been into listening to Natasha Bedingford recently, kind of inspired by Attack on Titan videos on Youtube. Unwritten is one of her best.
I didn't notice Campbell being Andrews last name and the farm name at first, maybe Chalres father is Andrew's father and Andrew and Charles are half brothers.
They way he almost let Spencer unmask him is kinda like Michael Myers in some Halloween movies.
Charles killed Marion Cavannah.
Some people theorized that Jason being played by two different actors is factor.
I believe Charles is either Wren or Wilden is alive.
Charles being Trans wold bug me only because of the possible unfortunate implications. Also if "he" were a Trans-Woman I don't think she'd have been dressing so Masculinly.
I still think Veronica killed Jessica.
I still think Pastor Ted has a connection to Wilden and the NAT Club.
As for Mona being Alive. The explanation for her body being seen in the Trunk is that she was drugged. I can't be that. Her skin was turning grey, just like when we saw Garret dead. I'm afraid that is unavoidably a plot hole.
But it has been pointed out that Grunwald's sensing of where Mona was is still accurate. I remember people speculating at the time that that could have an alternate meaning.
All of my posts on this Blog are meant to be Conversation Starters. I never want to be the final word on any topic. I'm trying to put ideas out there that hopefully others more knowledgeable and skilled then me can expand on.

Spencer Hastings has the same initials as Sherlock Holmes.
It is in fact meaningful when a fictional characters has the same initials of an older more
well established fictional and/or historical and/or mythological
character. There is a reason countless fictional spies have the
initials J.B. And John Conner has the initials J.C.
It shouldn’t have taken me this long to notice this. I’d been comparing Spencer to Sherlock Holmes for awhile, especially after she deduced a phone number from a parrots chirping (I also thought of Batman of course). And last season's stimulant addiction storyline just further codified it. She’s the real modern Sherlock Holmes, not Elementary, not that BBC show, not Robert Downy Jr. not even Gregory House. Spencer Hastings is truly the greatest Great Detective.
And then there is her older sibling and also possibly the only person on Earth smarter then her, Melissa Hastings also has the same initials as Mycroft Holmes.
I suppose that makes her Watson the other 3 Liars, and Tobey her Irene Adler.
If you want to really chase this analogy down the rabbit hole, it shouldn’t be to difficult to guess who would be moriArty.

I have seen all 9 episodes of Sherlock
I enjoyed it, my favorite episode was probably a Scandal in Belgravia. All the actors do a very good job.
I really like Molly, who I don't think is based on anyone from the original books.
It's interesting how Artistic inspiration goes in circles, House M.D. was clearly based on Holmes a great deal, and it's also clearly influenced the Holmes Adaptations that have been made since.
On the question of how Sherlock survived the fall. We're kind of supposed to see the third answer shown at the real one, but it's still a little ambiguous. I found the the 3rd scene shown the most absurd frankly, there is no way that couldn't have had witnesses who weren't in on it.
All 3 theories start with the same wrong assumption I think, that Sherlock surviving means he didn't hit the pavement. It could be a simply matter of him doing something when he landed to minimize the damage.
Now the big mystery is If and and if so How did Moriarty survived. Which I find interesting because he killed himself the same way Henri Belcamp did in John Devil. And while Feval never made a sequel to that I think he was going to if the novel had been more successful at the time.
People accidentally survive shooting themselves through the Mouth like that quite often. Anything you can do by accident someone as smart as Moriarty could probably do on purpose.
I found the show's take on Charles Augustus Miverlton (Magnussen) interesting. He's a total control freak and literally marks his territory.
The reveal of how his "Files" actually work reminded my of The Colonel's Treasure a little bit. It's Psychological rather then Supernatural, but the premise is the same, it kind of doesn't actually exist. He is the Treasure.
